Most current computerized ergonomics task analyses quantify work-related MSD risk from a single user-defined posture, can use outdated (and even unvalidated) analysis methods, and require the user to integrate results obtained across the different metrics and methods.
Work(s) is unique because it assesses every posture for a task and integrates every assessment using the best science-based ergonomics tools currently available to practitioners.
Establish the Range of Feasible Postures
Designed to assess a wide range of task types, Work(s) does not assume there is one posture but, instead, using our InteliPose™ technology it determines the full variety of postures that don’t exceed joint range of motion, stability and barrier constraints. No posturing is required by the user, and the inputs are simple, familiar and easy to obtain.
Perform the Most Current Ergonomics Assessments on Each Posture
For each of the postures determined (often thousands), Work(s) performs analyses with a full suite of the best existing ergonomics assessment tools.
Integrate All Assessments
While each analysis tool has its own unique outputs, we convert each into a ”Demand/Capacity” Ratio (DCR) so the results can be fully integrated and easily interpreted, including the ability to combine subtasks to assess complex jobs.
Export a Detailed Excel Report
For each task assessment, all inputs, outputs, DCRs and graphics are combined in a workbook report that can be exported to your computer. No data are saved on our servers
